Hamilton County Grants

Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

Annual competitive grant program offering up to $20,000 in unrestricted organizational support to nonprofits serving Hamilton County, Indiana. Funding priorities include childcare, housing, social services, and workforce and education. Applications open July 15, 2025 with a deadline of August 29, 2025.

The Classroom Grant program provides small grants to teachers in Indiana for innovative in-class projects that enhance student learning. Grants range from $50 to $500 and are awarded competitively to schools in Lawrence and Martin Counties.

The Minneapolis Foundation, in partnership with the Midwest Environmental Justice Network, NDN Collective, and RE-AMP Network, will award environmental justice grants to community-based nonprofits and eligible organizations working in underserved communities throughout the Great Lakes region. The program distributes $52 million over three years in three tiers (Assessment and Engagement, Community Education and Planning, and Project Development and Implementation) supporting environmental health, air/water quality, healthy homes, food access, green infrastructure, and related priorities.

A highly competitive biennial award recognizing St. Joseph County nonprofit organizations demonstrating superior leadership, management, and programming. The award includes a $200,000 matching challenge grant (2:1 ratio), requiring recipients to raise $100,000 in matching funds to create or enhance an endowment fund totaling $300,000.

The Cass County Community Foundation offers two annual grant programs: Opportunity Grants (up to $5,000) and Competitive Grants ($5,001+) for nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations serving Cass County. Grants support projects in education, humanity enhancement, and community development that benefit local citizens.
