Eligibility

  • notes: Organizations must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organizations, schools, or government agencies serving youth in Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency, or Presque Isle counties in Michigan. Religious organizations eligible only if they serve the general public without sectarian overtones. Grants are for future projects only, not routine operating needs, budget deficits, or completed projects. No grants to individuals.
