Eligibility

Individuals and groups that are not qualified public charities or units of government do not qualify. Religious organizations may apply but activities must not advance a particular religious belief. Grants cannot be used for retiring debt, loans, re-granting programs, multi-year commitments, fundraising expenses, capital campaigns, or endowment grants (unless special circumstances apply). Each charity is limited to one application per grant cycle.
