Eligibility

Organization must be in good standing with all Federal, State, and City regulatory reporting agencies. Funds must benefit residents within Lincoln, CA or the WPUSD area and be used within six months of receipt. Foundation does not generally fund organizations engaged in political/lobbying activities or those primarily teaching/promoting religious beliefs.
