YEP Grantmaking Program

Offered by COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF THE FOX RIVER VALLEY

The YEP (Youth Engagement in Philanthropy) Grantmaking Program provides grants to verified nonprofit agencies serving children and youth ages 0-22 in the Community Foundation's service area. Applications are open from December 1 to February 1 annually, with grants ranging from $500 to $5,000. Youth grantmakers review and award all grants with staff assistance.

Eligibility

  • notes: Verified nonprofit agencies in the Community Foundation's service area are eligible. Schools (both private and public) and educational foundations are NOT eligible. Programs and projects must serve and/or benefit children and youth ages 0-22. Youth-driven programs will be prioritized. Grant funds must be spent within one year of receipt. Final report required.
