Creche Childhood Education Fund

An annual grant program that awards approximately $25,000 (maximum three grants) to support educational programming and projects for underserved children up to 12 years old in the Omaha metropolitan area. Funded by the endowment of the historic Creche Home for Children, grants support 501(c)(3) organizations providing childhood educational services.

Eligibility

  • notes: Must be a public 501(c)(3) organization located in the Omaha metropolitan area (Douglas, Sarpy, or Pottawattamie Counties) that provides childhood educational services to underserved children up to 12 years of age. Organization policies and practices must comply with non-discrimination requirements regarding race, ethnicity, religious preference, age, ability/disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, military service, and gender. Grant monies may not be used for operating expenses.
