Organizations may be part of multiple proposals but can only lead one. Grants not made to organizations that discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, gender or sexual orientation; to political campaigns or lobbying; for post-event or debt retirement; or to promote particular religions. Applicants with open grants through HCCF are ineligible.
