Eligibility
- notes: Applicants must be 501(c)(3) public charities with EIN numbers serving Hamilton County, Indiana residents. A 501(c)(3) public charity may serve as fiscal sponsor for another applicant. Organizations may be part of multiple proposals but can only lead one. Grants not made to organizations that discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, gender or sexual orientation; to political campaigns or lobbying; for post-event or debt retirement; or to promote particular religions. Applicants with open grants through HCCF are ineligible.
