Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

The Saranac Lake Public School Education Fund at Adirondack Community Foundation supports individuals and programs that enhance education for students attending Saranac Lake public schools, including symposia, professional development, arts, debates, speakers, and research. The fund aims to nurture open minds, acceptance of differences, and exploration of controversy in a spirit of serious, respectful inquiry.

The Adirondack Community Foundation's Special and Urgent Needs Fund provides responsive grants to assist Adirondack communities and nonprofits during times of crisis and unexpected funding gaps. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis year-round with decisions typically made within two to three weeks.

The Adirondack Community Foundation makes grants available to NYS licensed child care centers and in-home family care providers to support high-quality child care standards in the region. Grants typically range from $100–$500 and advance the goals of the Adirondack Birth to Three Alliance.

Adirondack Community Foundation offers one-time grants of up to $1,500 to food pantries for infrastructure and long-term improvements. Funds can be used for equipment or technology upgrades, volunteer training, or signage improvements to support fresh food options and volunteer support.

This fund supports programs and projects that advance recycling efforts across Otsego County, with special consideration for innovative solutions or projects addressing difficult-to-recycle items. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) organizations and groups fiscally sponsored by 501(c)(3) nonprofits, with a maximum grant award of $3,500.
