Pennsylvania Grants

Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

The Chester County Community Foundation offers two types of grants to nonprofits: Direct Service Programs/General Operations grants funded by charitable donors throughout the year, and Capacity Building grants designed to strengthen nonprofit sustainability through contingency planning, strategic restructuring, partnerships, and other initiatives. Nonprofits can submit proposals on a rolling basis with no deadline, and grant decisions are made monthly.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
