Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

The El Paso Community Foundation provides grants to nonprofits in the greater El Paso region across multiple areas including arts, education, environment, health, human services, and economic development. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with typical deadlines of February 1 and August 1, and a grant portal is available for submission.

The Rural Impact Investment Fund is a community-led regranting initiative that provides flexible, unrestricted general operating support grants, capacity building grants, and leadership development grants to rural grassroots leaders and small nonprofits with budgets of $250,000 or less in four Central Texas counties. The fund aims to strengthen the nonprofit ecosystem and support organizations improving health and well-being for economically disadvantaged and historically marginalized communities.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
