Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

The Cleveland Foundation offers a standard grant application open year-round for tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations serving Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga counties in Ohio. Grants are also made to government agencies and churches. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with periodic deadlines, and organizations must register in the Grants Gateway portal to apply.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
