COMMUNITY FOUNDATION SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY

The Community Foundation of San Luis Obispo County offers several named grant programs with multiple application cycles throughout 2026. Programs include the One Community Fund (supporting immigrant-serving organizations), Women's Legacy Fund (advancing well-being of women and girls), Robert H. Janssen Youth & Youth Sports Fund, Growing Together LGBTQ+ Fund, and General Community Grants Program. All programs serve San Luis Obispo County and accept applications on a rolling seasonal basis with specific open dates.

The General Community Grants Program offers flexible general operating grants to local nonprofits serving San Luis Obispo County. Grants are available in four priority areas: Arts & Culture, Environment, Health & Human Services, and Seniors & People with Disabilities. Awards range up to $20,000 for single-year grants and up to $40,000 for two-year grants.

Applications open June 1, 2026 and close June 29, 2026.
