The Dane G. Hansen Community Grant for Russell County provides pass-through funding of $25,000 twice a year to support charitable activities in Russell County, Kansas. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, educational, governmental, and religious institutions that serve the county. Applications are accepted twice yearly, with deadlines on March 31 and September 30, and grants are awarded for projects in education, health care, economic development, community services, conservation, arts, or community beautification.
