Family Protection Fund

The Family Protection Fund at the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County offers two grant programs to support nonprofit organizations serving immigrant families: Legal Services and Crisis Support. Both programs will open for applications in Summer 2026 and support eligible nonprofits headquartered in or operating physical sites in Anne Arundel County.

Eligibility

  • notes: Nonprofit organizations providing supportive services to immigrants in Anne Arundel County are eligible. Organizations must be headquartered and/or have a physical site in Anne Arundel County. Outside organizations may collaborate with local nonprofits. Applicants should demonstrate experience serving immigrant communities, outline clear client intake and eligibility plans, show capacity to deliver services throughout the year, and specify scope of services. Two separate programs: Legal Services (immigration-related legal services) and Crisis Support (immigration-related crisis support services).
