The Partner Grants cycle provides funding for one-time needs and specific projects serving Portage and Waushara Counties. Nonprofits, schools, government entities, and established community groups can request up to $5,000 for projects aligned with five mission areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Helping People, and Wellness.
