Shaaron Kent End-of-Life Care and Planning Grants

The Shaaron Kent Endowment Fund supports programs providing or enhancing end-of-life care services to low-income community members and people of color, as well as programs that educate individuals and families about end-of-life care, palliative care, and hospice. Established in 2012 to honor Shaaron Kent's legacy and generosity, the fund seeks diverse projects exploring death, dying, and grieving.

Eligibility

  • notes: Programs must provide or enhance end-of-life care services to low-income community members and people of color and their families; programs serving individuals and families at end of life (elderly, hospice); or programs educating individuals, caregivers, medical personnel, family members, and community about end-of-life care, palliative care, and hospice services.
