The Pella Community Foundation awards grants through its Garden Chapel Donor Advised Funds to support creative and innovative programs that enhance quality of life in the Pella, Iowa area, particularly those providing bereavement services, hospice, and end-of-life services. Grants are made once per year with applications due by October 1st for November funding decisions.

The Racine Community Foundation provides competitive grants to nonprofit organizations strengthening Racine County through funding in six focus areas: Arts & Culture, Community Development, Education, Environment, Healthcare, and Human Services. Organizations must submit a Letter of Intent by January 31 and, if accepted, are invited to apply during assigned spring, summer, or fall grant cycles.

The Partner Grants cycle provides funding for one-time needs and specific projects serving Portage and Waushara Counties. Nonprofits, schools, government entities, and established community groups can request up to $5,000 for projects aligned with five mission areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Helping People, and Wellness.

The LGBTQIA2S+ Equality Fund provides grants to support lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and non-binary individuals and families in the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro area. Grants support healthcare, legal services, leadership development, and safe shelter for LGBTQIA2S+ communities, with up to $200,000 in total annual funding available.

The Futuro Latino Fund supports initiatives and organizations that benefit Latino communities in the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro area through resident-led decision making. Up to $175,000 in grant funding is awarded annually, with average grants of $10,000 to $15,000, to eligible 501(c)(3) organizations with budgets not exceeding $500,000.

The African American Unity Fund supports initiatives and organizations that benefit the African American community in Omaha through resident-led decision making. The program awards up to $225,000 annually in grants (up to $30,000 per organization) across funding priorities including arts and culture, basic human needs, community development, health and wellness, and capacity building.

Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

The Fund for Omaha provides grants up to $25,000 to local nonprofit organizations working to strengthen communities through improved access to essential services, economic opportunity, housing, maternal health, and mental/behavioral health. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations with annual budgets of $5 million or less serving the Omaha metropolitan area.

The Building Healthy Futures Fund supports learning for school-age youth by improving access to quality healthcare, including primary, vision, dental, and hearing care as well as mental health services. The program awards grants of at least $50,000 to eligible organizations serving Omaha Public Schools students and their families.

The Benton County Community Foundation offers grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, government entities, and other tax-exempt organizations for projects serving Benton County. Grants are awarded through an annual cycle with applications reviewed by a local committee to improve quality of life in the county.

The Floyd County Community Foundation provides grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and government entities serving Floyd County, Iowa. Grants support projects that improve quality of life in the community, with applications reviewed by a local committee.

The Benton County Community Foundation awards grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and government entities serving Benton County, Iowa. Grants support organizations working to improve quality of life across arts & culture, community betterment, environment & animal welfare, and health.

The Women's and Girls' Fund at Kern Community Foundation is accepting Letters of Intent for its 2026–2027 competitive grant cycle, allocating approximately $100,000 with maximum awards of $25,000 per organization. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits or have a fiscal sponsor, serve women and/or girls in Kern County, and align with the fund's focus areas of Mental Health & Social Emotional Learning, Life Skills & Economic Mobility, Health Education & Safety, and Priority Populations.

Community Foundation Tampa Bay's annual competitive grants program provides funding to eligible nonprofits across five focus areas: Economic Opportunity, Environmental Resiliency and Sustainability, Physical Health and Mental Wellbeing, Quality Child and Youth Education, and Vibrant and Engaged Communities. The two-stage process requires submission of a Letter of Intent (due 1/7/2026) followed by a full application for selected organizations.

The Chickasaw County Community Foundation awards grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, government entities, and other tax-exempt organizations serving Chickasaw County. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through their online grant management system, with the current cycle opening November 15, 2025 and closing January 15, 2026, with awards announced in March.

The Franklin County Community Foundation provides grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, government entities, and other tax-exempt organizations for charitable projects serving Franklin County. Grants support various areas including arts and culture, community betterment, health, and human services, with awards made through an annual grant cycle.

The Chickasaw County Community Foundation offers grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, government entities, and other tax-exempt organizations for projects serving Chickasaw County. Applications are accepted on a fixed grant cycle with an open date of November 15, 2025 and a deadline of January 15, 2026, with awards announced in March.

The Dane G. Hansen Foundation provides pass-through grants of up to $25,000 per funding cycle for charitable projects benefiting Osborne County, Kansas. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, educational, governmental, and religious institutions. Applications are accepted quarterly (last day of Feb, May, Aug, Nov) via the online portal.

The Community Foundation of San Luis Obispo County offers several named grant programs with multiple application cycles throughout 2026. Programs include the One Community Fund (supporting immigrant-serving organizations), Women's Legacy Fund (advancing well-being of women and girls), Robert H. Janssen Youth & Youth Sports Fund, Growing Together LGBTQ+ Fund, and General Community Grants Program. All programs serve San Luis Obispo County and accept applications on a rolling seasonal basis with specific open dates.

The Black River Falls Area Foundation offers grants to nonprofit organizations in Jackson County for projects that enhance quality of life in the community. Grants support education, health services, cultural activities, social services, and civic projects, with a focus on new initiatives, capital improvements, equipment needs, and emergency funding.
