The Butler County Community Foundation awards grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, government entities, and other tax-exempt organizations for charitable projects that improve quality of life in Butler County. Applications are accepted on a competitive grant cycle basis with an open date of September 1, 2025 and a deadline of October 15, 2025.
Eligibility

Tax-exempt organizations classified as other than 501(c)(3) are eligible if the project is deemed charitable (contact foundation to discuss eligibility). Organizations must serve Butler County. A local committee reviews applications from charitable organizations serving the community.
