The Starved Rock Country Community Foundation (SRCCF) offers three types of grants: Community Grants for programs with significant impact on quality of life in the region, Art Grants for arts programs and performances, and Women Inspired Network Grants for programs that enhance and empower women and children. Grants range from $250 to $3,000+, with Community Grants reviewed quarterly and Art Grants offered in two annual cycles.

The Women Inspired Network, a component fund of the Starved Rock Country Community Foundation, awards grants to local nonprofit organizations that support and empower women and children in LaSalle, Bureau, and Putnam Counties, Illinois. Applications are accepted each fall (September), reviewed by a grant committee, and awards are announced at an annual Celebration of Giving in December.

The Arts of Starved Rock Country Fund offers grants to support arts and arts programs through non-profit organizations, schools, libraries, and community groups. Two grant cycles are available annually with application periods March 15–May 1 and August 1–September 15, with funding available throughout LaSalle, Bureau, and Putnam Counties in Illinois.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
