Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

The SPARK Grant supports innovative community ideas in Hudson, Wisconsin. Finalists pitch their ideas live at the SPARK Tank Challenge for up to $20,000 in funding. Applications open June 15 with a Pitch Preview, and full grant applications are due September 15.

An emergency fund for Newark residents currently enrolled in postsecondary programs (colleges, universities, certification programs) who need assistance with unexpected costs not covered by financial aid, such as books, fees, transportation, and food. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with awards distributed four times per year, and students may apply for up to $5,000.

Field Trip New Jersey provides funding to help school children in underserved communities across New Jersey connect classroom learning with real-life experiences through trips to arts, culture, historical landmarks, nature preserves, and science institutions. Essex County schools and nonprofit organizations serving Essex County that are current Schumann Fund grantees can apply for up to $1,500 per academic year to cover field trip costs.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
