Humboldt Health Foundation Community Health Grant Program

The Humboldt Health Foundation (HHF) accepts proposals annually in August for its Community Health Grant Program, which supports projects that enhance physical and mental wellbeing of Humboldt County residents with priority given to organizations serving Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities. Grants range from $5,000–$8,000 on average, with a maximum of $15,000, and can support general operating costs, programs, services, advocacy, organizing, and racial equity initiatives.
Eligibility

Eligible uses include general operating support, programs, services, advocacy, organizing, civic engagement, capital campaigns, capital improvements, and racial equity training and consulting.
