HRT Access Fund

Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

Eligibility

  • notes: Must identify as transgender (FTM, MTF, non-binary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, or other non-cis identity); have financial need preventing access to HRT; live in the United States; be at least 18 years old by August 1, 2025; and meet eligibility requirements of chosen telehealth provider partner. Applicants are encouraged to consider whether they have insurance coverage, Medicaid eligibility, or other resources before applying to prioritize those with greatest need.
