Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

This fund provides grants to nonprofit organizations in Washington County that preserve and maintain historical and cultural properties, promote the fine arts, and encourage interest in history and historic preservation. The fund awarded over $89,000 to 13 organizations in 2025, with applications released annually in January.

The FANS Fund provides emergency assistance to individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations in Washington County, MD addressing urgent community needs. Organizations and individuals can submit requests via a Request Form, with awards up to $1,000 based on the severity and urgency of the need.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
