Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

The Denver Foundation's Strengthening Neighborhoods Program provides small grants to community-led groups in the Metro Denver region to either hire capacity-building coaches or support grassroots community organizing campaigns and projects. The program aims to support communities where people earn less than area median income and communities of color, with an average grant size of $2,500.

The Community Pet Fund provides funding for life-saving veterinary care to Chaffee County pets, covering up to 50% of emergency or life-threatening illness treatment costs. A separate Low-Income Community Pet Fund (LI-CPF) extends eligibility to verified low-income and unsheltered pet owners with expanded funding uses including preventative and end-of-life care.

The Denver Foundation's Capacity Building Fund provides developmental support grants to organizations that have received a Denver Foundation grant within the last three years. Grants support learning and skill-building in areas such as strategic planning, fund development, governance, communications, cybersecurity, and racial equity initiatives.

A merit-and-need-based scholarship program supporting Colorado undergraduates midway through their college education at nine partner universities. Awards range from $6,000 to $22,000 per year for rising sophomores and transfer students from community colleges.

The Denver Foundation offers developmental support grants to help qualified nonprofits build organizational capacity through learning opportunities such as strategic planning, governance development, cybersecurity training, and racial equity work. Grants range from $500–$6,000, with decisions made monthly on a rolling basis.

The Newcomers Fund provides grants to nonprofits meeting the vital needs of immigrants and refugees in Colorado. Administered by Rose Community Foundation, the fund supports organizations providing immigration legal services, know your rights trainings, family preparedness programming, narrative change on immigration, and continuity of services for refugee populations.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
