The Partner Grants cycle provides funding for one-time needs and specific projects serving Portage and Waushara Counties. Nonprofits, schools, government entities, and established community groups can request up to $5,000 for projects aligned with five mission areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Helping People, and Wellness.

Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy. Recipients receive 18 months of HRT-related care including telemedical visits, lab work, medical letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.

The Copernicus Foundation Music Grant Program provides funding to enhance and sustain musical opportunities for everyone in Portage County, with priority given to projects that expand music access for youth. Grants support creative music projects including instrument availability, music-related technology, and exposure to music for underserved populations.

Visionary Grants support nonprofit partners in Portage and Waushara counties implementing innovative solutions and taking their next best step. This multi-year grant program offers up to $15,000 in year one with committed funding for up to five years on a tiered basis, with funds unrestricted as long as used for specified grant purposes.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
