The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation's primary grants program funds measurable strategies to improve quality of life in the greater Green Bay area. Two grant cycles are offered annually with applications reviewed by a local committee.

The College Success Program provides scholarships of up to $10,000 per year to first-generation college students, along with ongoing support from a college success manager, mental health services, skill-building workshops, and career preparation. The program supports students throughout their collegiate journey to help ensure graduation and career success.

The Social Justice & Resiliency Grants provide funding to organizations serving Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities in Clark, Cowlitz, and Skamania counties in southwest Washington. Grants support operating costs, capacity building, and systemic change efforts for culturally specific and historically under-resourced organizations. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through a simple online form.

The Community Foundation of the Lowcountry offers Opportunity Grants up to $10,000 to nonprofit organizations in a four-county service area in South Carolina. These grants support new programs, project expansion, or capital improvements that serve marginalized community members.

The Indiana Climate and Democracy Catalyst Fund, administered by The Indianapolis Foundation in collaboration with regional funders, provides grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofits in Indiana working on environmental equity, decarbonization, and inclusive democracy. The fund prioritizes grassroots, place-based organizations serving frontline communities and accepts applications on a rolling basis with quarterly funding decisions.

The Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley's Discretionary Grantmaking Program supports nonprofits in Kane and Kendall counties with capital grants in Arts and Humanities, Education, Health Care, and Social Services. Applicants must submit a Letter of Intent online, complete a site visit, and demonstrate project readiness with completion timeline within one year.

Legacy Foundation is committing up to $600,000 over two years to support 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Lake County, Indiana that have experienced documented financial loss due to federal or state funding reductions or contract terminations. Grants of up to $40,000 per organization per rolling 12-month period are available, with applications accepted on a rolling basis starting February 1, 2026.

Administered by Rose Community Foundation, the fund supports organizations providing immigration legal services, know your rights trainings, family preparedness programming, narrative change on immigration, and continuity of services for refugee populations.

The Community Sharing Fund provides emergency financial assistance to individuals and families facing short-term financial hardship in Dakota, Ramsey, or Washington counties, Minnesota. Grants are awarded through referrals from nonprofit organizations and government agencies for needs such as rent, utilities, medical expenses, childcare, and transportation.

The Community Foundation of Northwest Georgia awards competitive Community Grants to local qualified organizations in focus areas including Arts & Culture, Civics, Education, Social Services, Historic Preservation, and Environmental work. Grant awards typically range from $1,000 to $4,000 and serve organizations in Whitfield, Bartow, and Gordon Counties with two application cycles per year (Spring and Fall).

The FANS Fund provides emergency assistance to individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations in Washington County, MD addressing urgent community needs. Organizations and individuals can submit requests via a Request Form, with awards up to $1,000 based on the severity and urgency of the need.
