The Newcomers Fund provides grants to nonprofits meeting the vital needs of immigrants and refugees in Colorado. Administered by Rose Community Foundation, the fund supports organizations providing immigration legal services, know your rights trainings, family preparedness programming, narrative change on immigration, and continuity of services for refugee populations.

The Community Foundation for the CSRA's Community Grants program provides funding for nonprofit projects and programs serving residents in Richmond, Columbia, McDuffie and Burke counties in Georgia and Aiken and Edgefield counties in South Carolina. The program operates on an annual cycle with applications opening in July and closing in mid to late August, with awards announced in early January.

The Community Sharing Fund provides emergency financial assistance to individuals and families facing short-term financial hardship in Dakota, Ramsey, or Washington counties, Minnesota. Grants are awarded through referrals from nonprofit organizations and government agencies for needs such as rent, utilities, medical expenses, childcare, and transportation.

The Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation's Community Solutions Grant Program supports organizations, programs, and initiatives that improve quality of life for East Metro residents across Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington counties. Grants provide general operating, program/project, and capital support with a focus on community & economic development, health & human services, and youth & education, with preference given to organizations addressing disparities and serving marginalized communities.

The Western Indiana Community Foundation offers three types of grants to nonprofit organizations in Fountain and Vermillion Counties: Rapid Response Grants ($1-$2,500), Community Impact Grants ($2,501-$7,500), and Legacy Grants ($7,500+). Applications are accepted on a rolling monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis depending on grant type, with specific deadlines throughout the year.

The Erie County Community Foundation offers community grants to support projects serving Erie County, Ohio residents. Applications are accepted twice yearly with February 1 and August 1 deadlines through an online portal. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofits, governmental entities, churches, schools, and other tax-exempt organizations.

Rx Kids is a citywide cash assistance program providing unconditional cash payments to pregnant people and families with infants in Kalamazoo. Eligible participants receive $1,500 during pregnancy and $500 per month for the baby's first year, with applications accepted on a rolling basis.

The Community Foundation of Northwest Georgia awards competitive Community Grants to local qualified organizations in focus areas including Arts & Culture, Civics, Education, Social Services, Historic Preservation, and Environmental work. Grant awards typically range from $1,000 to $4,000 and serve organizations in Whitfield, Bartow, and Gordon Counties with two application cycles per year (Spring and Fall).

The Ward & Brenda Morgan Community Fund supports projects in Manhattan and Riley County, Kansas that focus on either affordable community experiences and gatherings, or support for vulnerable and disadvantaged elderly and youth. Grants are intended for one-time projects, not ongoing support, with awards typically between $5,000 and $20,000.

This fund provides grants to nonprofit organizations in Washington County that preserve and maintain historical and cultural properties, promote the fine arts, and encourage interest in history and historic preservation. The fund awarded over $89,000 to 13 organizations in 2025, with applications released annually in January.

The FANS Fund provides emergency assistance to individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations in Washington County, MD addressing urgent community needs. Organizations and individuals can submit requests via a Request Form, with awards up to $1,000 based on the severity and urgency of the need.

The Waukesha County Community Foundation (WCCF) Community Grants support ongoing and changing community needs in Waukesha County across six broad program areas. Grants are awarded after extensive review by the Foundation's Grants Review Committee, with $175,250 awarded in 2025.

The Door County Community Foundation is accepting applications for Sustainability Grants through its Growing Older Fund to support initiatives addressing aging populations and fostering intergenerational connections in Columbia, Grant, and Polk counties, Wisconsin. Awards average $2,500 with no stated minimum or maximum, and applications are due the 4th Monday of September at 4:00 p.m.

The Door County Community Foundation offers Sustainability Grants to provide operational support for charities serving Door County residents. Grants typically range from $2,500 to $5,000 and can support salary costs, equipment, infrastructure, and program delivery across multiple focus areas including arts, children & youth, education, environment, aging, health, and historic preservation.

The Community Investment Fund, created by Destination Door County in partnership with the Door County Community Foundation, offers grants to projects that improve quality of life for Door County residents while benefiting visitors. Grant awards range from a few thousand dollars to potentially hundreds of thousands, with an anticipated average of $100,000.

The Bargains Unlimited Charitable Fund provides grants to support charities that serve working people or enhance quality of life for seniors in Door County, Wisconsin. Grant awards average $25,000 with requests up to $100,000 considered for exceptional projects, with preference given to Northern Door County organizations.

The Nashwauk Area Community Fund provides discretionary grants to 501(c)(3) and other not-for-profit organizations in the Nashwauk area and surrounding townships to improve quality of life. Applicants can apply during spring and fall grant cycles.

The Rural Impact Investment Fund is a community-led regranting initiative that provides flexible, unrestricted general operating support grants, capacity building grants, and leadership development grants to rural grassroots leaders and small nonprofits with budgets of $250,000 or less in four Central Texas counties. The fund aims to strengthen the nonprofit ecosystem and support organizations improving health and well-being for economically disadvantaged and historically marginalized communities.

The California Arts Council provides grants to nonprofit organizations and government units to serve as regional administering organizations for the Individual Artists Fellowship program. These organizations will manage competitive grant programs that distribute funds to individual artists across California's eight geographic regions.

Point of Pride's Annual Transgender Surgery Fund provides direct financial assistance to transgender individuals who cannot afford gender-affirming surgery. The program is a scholarship-like grant that covers surgical costs for eligible procedures performed in the United States. Applications open November 1 and close November 30 each year.
